Rotisserie Chicken Leg with Baked Potatoes

This one is not really a recipe. I buy it from Sklavenitis at the Mall of Engomi, next to the university, then prepare it for a little bit more at home. It first started as a rotisserie chicken leg with stir fry instant noodles. After a while, I figured it was too unhealthy so it was altered into the chicken leg with baked potatoes instead.

Instructions

  1. Buy the rotisserie chicken leg and half portion of baked potatoes from Sklavenitis at the Mall of Engomi.
  2. Bring it home.
  3. Use kitchen scissors to cut the chicken leg into small shredded pieces.
  4. Plate the shredded chicken with the baked potatoes.
  5. Serve with sriracha mayo on the side or drizzle it on top.
  6. Enjoy.
